Job Description

• The role of the CEO, Asset Management involves provision of effective leadership to our Asset Management team to
  deliver high quality client-driven responsive services that supports the vision and aspiration of all stakeholders.

Duties

• Develop and implement a clear strategic direction for the subsidiary.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all factors affecting the business terrain associated with each portfolio.
• Assessing, developing and implementing value enhancement opportunities for the portfolio including focus and an understanding of all types of capital projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of first degree in Engineering/Social Sciences field from a reputable university (2nd Degree will be added advantage).
• Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience within the financial services sector; as Investment Analyst with Private Equity/Venture capital background.
• Relevant post-graduation training and qualification (certification/ membership of professional bodies).
• Proven ability to prepare and develop financial impact or ROI analysis.
• Track record of creation of capital scopes of work and working with developments and deadlines.
• Excellent personal arid business initiative.
• Proven capital planning including analysis of current products.
• Good ability to forecast, predict and determine the market strengths what capital should be invested and when to maximise revenue and outpace competitors.
• Ability to agree rate of returns on investments.
• Sound knowledge of the economy and opportunities.
• Good project evaluation, real estate/infrastructure development experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good industry knowledge especially in Lagos terrain.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft presentation and report packages.
